Over the years i have negotiated major commercial agreements and also represented clients in commercial disputes.

I have worked on a number of delictual claims and are well versed in the requirements of the law of delict.

With vast experience in this practice area I am currently one of the few legal experrts in church law.

With a LL.M in labour law and having started working in this area in the 1987 already I have unparraleled experience and expertise in this area.

Through representation of rugby other sport clubs at internal disciplinary hearings I established strong skills and experience.

Land is a highly contested area and i have been doing litigation around water rights and expropriation of abandoned farm land.
